Order Confirmation & Billing

Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellation by You

You may cancel an order without charge if done within a few minutes of placing it, before the restaurant has begun preparation. Once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply.

Order Cancellation by Kravito

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The restaurant is unable to fulfill your order
  • There are technical issues with the platform
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • You provide incorrect address information

In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Promotions, Credits & Kravito Cash

Kravito Cash

Kravito Cash is a virtual currency that can be used for future orders. It can be earned through:

  • Referral programs
  • Promotional offers
  • Refunds for cancelled orders
  • Customer service resolutions

Promotional Credits

Promotional credits are subject to specific terms and expiration dates outlined in each offer. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for tips or delivery fees unless otherwise specified.

Order of Payment Application

When you place an order, payment is applied in this sequence:

  1. Available Kravito Cash balance
  2. Applicable promotional credits
  3. Your selected payment method for the remaining balance

Currency & Taxes

Transaction Currency

Yes, we use tokenization to securely store your payment information. Your actual card details are never stored on our servers - they're replaced with a secure token that can only be used for transactions on our platform.

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds to digital wallets are usually faster (1-3 business days).

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Currently, we only support one primary payment method per order. However, you can use your Kravito Cash balance in combination with another payment method to cover the total cost.
