This can be done either by visiting our physical store or through our website or mobile app. The products or services will be categorized and displayed with relevant information such as descriptions, prices, and available options.

Product/Service Selection:

Once customers find the desired product or service, they can select it by adding it to their cart or initiating the purchase process through the online platform. They can specify the quantity, variations, or any other required details for the chosen product or service.

Review Cart:

Customers can review their cart to ensure they have selected the correct items or services. They can modify quantities, remove items, or add additional products/services as needed. The cart will display the total cost, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Proceed to Checkout:

After reviewing the cart, customers can proceed to the checkout process. They will be prompted to provide necessary information, such as billing and shipping addresses, contact details, and preferred payment method.

Payment:

Customers will choose their preferred payment method, which may include options like credit or debit card, mobile payment, or cash on delivery. They will be required to provide the relevant payment details securely to complete the transaction.

Order Confirmation:

Once the payment is successfully processed, customers will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation will include details such as the order number, items/services purchased, billing and shipping addresses, and estimated delivery or pickup timeframe if applicable. It will serve as a receipt for the transaction.

Delivery/Pickup:

If the customer has chosen the delivery option, our team will prepare the order for shipment and deliver it to the specified address within the agreed-upon timeframe. Alternatively, if the customer has chosen the pickup option, they can visit our store at the designated time to collect their order.

Throughout the entire process, our customer support team will be available to address any inquiries, concerns, or issues that customers may have. They can provide assistance with order tracking, address changes, product inquiries, or any other relevant support needed.

Returns and Refunds:

In case of any issues with the purchased products or services, customers can contact our customer support within the specified timeframe to initiate returns or refunds. The process will be handled based on our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which outlines the eligibility criteria and procedures for returns and refunds.
