2.4 Multiple Accounts
Users are permitted to maintain only one active Kravito account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all associated accounts.
3. Placing Orders
USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Securing login credentials
- All activities conducted through their account
3.1 Order Process
When you place an order through Kravito, you are making an offer to purchase food from the restaurant partner. We act as an intermediary between you and the restaurant.
3.2 Order Acceptance
Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation via SMS, email, or in-app notification. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse any order at their discretion.
3.3 Order Modifications
Once an order is confirmed, modifications may not be possible as restaurants begin preparation immediately. Contact customer support for assistance with urgent changes.
3.4 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including delivery address, contact information, and special instructions.
3.5 Restaurant Responsibility
All food items listed on Kravito are provided by independent restaurants.
The respective restaurant is solely responsible for:
- Food quality
- Food taste
- Food hygiene
- Food preparation
- Food ingredients
- Food packaging
- Food freshness
- Food expiry
- Food safety standards
- Allergic reactions
- Quantity and portion size
4. Payments & Pricing
4.1 Pricing
Menu prices displayed on Kravito are set by restaurant partners and may differ from in-restaurant pricing. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Additional Charges
Your final bill may include:
- Delivery fees (based on distance and restaurant location)
- Service fees (platform maintenance costs)
- Taxes as applicable by law
- Optional tips for delivery partners
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, net banking, UPI, and cash on delivery (where available).
4.4 Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method. Kravito reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
4.5 PFRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
Users shall not:
- Place fake orders
- Abuse refund systems
- Misuse coupons or promotions
- Harass delivery personnel
- Provide false complaints
- Attempt payment fraud
Kravito may suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in suspicious activities.
Legal action may also be initiated where applicable.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Customer Cancellations
You may cancel your order without charge if done within 2 minutes of placing it. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as restaurants begin preparation.
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The customer intentionally wastes time
- The customer refuses delivery without valid reason
- The customer cancels midway during delivery
- Incorrect address or phone number is provided
- The customer is unavailable at delivery location
- The food has already been prepared or dispatched
5.2 Restaurant Cancellations
Restaurants may cancel orders due to unavailability of items, technical errors, or other valid reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
5.3 Kravito Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or violations of these terms.
5.4 Refund Processing
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Digital wallet refunds may be processed faster.
6. Delivery Policy
6.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver within specified service areas. Delivery availability may change based on restaurant location, weather conditions, and other factors.
6.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
6.3 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept order, we may charge a failed delivery fee.
6.4 Contactless Delivery
We offer contactless delivery options. You may provide special instructions for delivery placement during checkout.
6.5 Delivery Service
Kravito arranges pickup and delivery services through independent delivery partners.

6.6 Delivery Partner Liability Disclaimer
Delivery partners operate independently.
Kravito shall not be responsible for:

- Death
- Physical disabilities
- Property damage
- Public misconduct
- Illegal activities
- Negligence by delivery partners
- Medical expenses
- Family compensation
- Insurance claims
- Personal losses
- Legal disputes involving delivery personnel
7. User Conduct
By using Kravito, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Harass, abuse, or harm our employees, delivery partners, or other users
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service to transmit viruses or malicious code
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
- Impersonate any person or entity
Note: Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Kravito Content
All content on the Kravito platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kravito or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.
8.2 User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to Kravito, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content.
8.3 Restaurant Content
Menu information, restaurant images, and other restaurant-related content remain the intellectual property of the respective restaurants.
9. Liability & Indemnification
9.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kravito Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential losses
- Health-related damages
- Emotional distress
- Loss of profits
- Food-related illness
- Delivery delays
- Restaurant negligence
- Third-party actions
The maximum liability of Kravito, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total order amount paid by the customer.
9.2 NO RESPONSIBILITY BETWEEN RESTAURANT AND CUSTOMERy
Kravito acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants. We are not responsible for:
- Food quality, safety, or preparation
- Accuracy of menu information
- Restaurant compliance with food safety regulations
- Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control
- Restaurant behavior
- Missing items
- Wrong preparation
- Food freshness
- Restaurant licensing
- Restaurant hygiene
- Food ingredients
- Food expiry
- Restaurant legal compliance
All such responsibilities remain solely with the restaurant.
9.3 User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kravito and its affiliates from any claims resulting from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
- Misuse of the platform

- Disputes with restaurants
- Public misconduct
- Illegal activities
9.4 Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total value of your order.
9.5 FORCE MAJEURE
Kravito shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Riots
- Government restrictions
- Internet failures
- Power failures

- Traffic blockages
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.1 Health Disclaimer
Customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Food consumption involves health risks.
- Kravito is only a delivery facilitator.

- Health complications
- Illness
- Medical emergencies
- Side effects caused by food consumption
11. Termination
11.1 By User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using the account deletion feature in the app.
11.2 By Kravito
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Is harmful to other users, restaurants, or our business
- Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
12. Governing Law
